Refund policy

Sewed Up Boutique prides ourselves in customer satisfaction, and we want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases. 

Eligible items may be returned for store credit ONLY. You will receive an e-gift card from Sewed Up Boutique.  

Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Clearance Items, Lip Glosses, Lashes, and Accessories are FINAL SALE items, and they are not eligible for exchange or returns (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can promptly evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Approved Return Items must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed with the product tags attached. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase for this item. A store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued to the email address on file once your returned item is received and processed. The store credit amount is your subtotal and will not include shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all return and shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 7th day, or the item is a final sale item. Please note that shipping and handling fees will still be non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at sewedupboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at sewedupboutique@gmail.com.
